Do I need to be a member to play at IPOP?
No paid membership required! You just need a free CourtReserve account with IPOP to play. Creating an account automatically gives you our free 'Player' membership and lets you sign waivers, book courts, pay for sessions, and view our full event calendar.
Can I purchase a membership at IPOP?
Paid memberships are temporarily unavailable, but we're maintaining a waitlist for interested players. Please speak with our Facility Attendant at reception to add your name to the list, and we'll contact you as soon as memberships become available again.
What kinds of benefits do members get?
Membership guarantees your spot at the facility through exclusive benefits including advance booking privileges that let you reserve courts before non-members, the ability to book multiple events or private courts per day, membership pauses when you're traveling or unable to play, priority registration for tournaments and special events, discounted private court reservations and group events, plus pro shop discounts on equipment and merchandise. Benefits vary by membership tier, with higher tiers unlocking additional perks and greater savings.
Do you offer youth, senior, or family memberships?
We don't currently offer youth, senior, or family membership options. We're open to considering different membership types in the future, but for now we're not offering any specialized membership tiers.
