Waitlist Registration

When a registered player withdraws from an event, our system automatically sends a notification email to all waitlisted members/players simultaneously. The first player who responds and registers will secure the open spot. This ensures a fair, first-come, first-served process for all waitlisted players.

Refund Policy

For court rentals, open play, clinics, and leagues:

  • 48+ hours before event: Full refund credit to your account balance
  • 24-48 hours before event: 50% credit to your account balance (may take up to 2 business days to process)
  • Less than 24 hours before event: No refunds provided
  • No-shows: No refund will be provided, and you may lose priority for future registrations

For punch card users:

  • No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of your session start time
  • No-shows will result in no refund AND an additional punch deducted from your card

Additional information:

  • All cancellations must be processed through your Court Reserve account
  • All refunded amounts are credited to your Account Balance, not back to credit cards
  • We recommend setting calendar reminders for your sessions to avoid cancellation fees
