退款政策

General Requirements

All returns and exchanges must be completed in-person at our facility. Original receipt or proof of purchase required for all transactions.

Refunds

You can receive a full refund within 14 days from the purchase date or in-store credit within 30 days from the purchase date. After 14 days of purchase, customers are eligible for an in-store credit only based on the condition of the item.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@ipop.fun.

Exchanges

You can exchange your merchandise within 14 days from the purchase date.

Products

Pickleball Paddles

Paddles are eligible for full refund only if the plastic wrap on the handle remains intact and the paddle has never been used on court. Once a paddle has been played with, it becomes ineligible for refund. In exceptional circumstances and with management approval, a one-time exchange for store credit may be possible with a 20% restocking fee applied to the original purchase price. Please review manufacturer warranty information before purchasing, as warranties cover defects and abnormal breakage from normal use.

Court Shoes and Eyewear

Items must be in new condition and never worn outside or on court. All original tags and packaging must remain attached. Shoes showing any signs of court use or outdoor wear cannot be returned.

Clothing and Accessories

Pants and sweatbands must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn with all original tags attached. Items removed from packaging or with tags removed are not eligible for return. Socks are final sale due to health and safety reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Other Products

Overgrips and shoe deodorizers can be returned if unopened in the original manufacturer's packaging. Once opened or used, these items become final sale.

Sale Merchandise

Items discounted less than 30% can be returned for store credit within the timeframes above. Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Price Adjustments

If a regularly priced item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, bring your receipt for a store credit equal to the price difference. Price adjustments do not apply to special promotions or clearance sales.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances: socks (health and safety reasons), items discounted 30% or more, opened consumable products, and any item that cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.

Defective Items

Products with manufacturer defects can be returned regardless of timeline for full refund or exchange.
