候补名单登记
当注册玩家退出活动时，我们的系统会自动同时向所有候补名单上的成员/玩家发送通知电子邮件。
第一个回应并注册的玩家将获得空位。
这确保了所有候补玩家都能享受到公平、先到先得的待遇。
CourtReserve退款政策
对于球场租赁、公开比赛、诊所和联赛：
- 活动开始前 48 小时以上：全额退款至您的账户余额
- 活动开始前 24-48 小时：将 50% 的金额计入您的账户余额（可能需要最多 2 个工作日来处理）
- 活动开始前 24 小时内：不提供退款
- 缺席：不提供退款，并且您可能失去未来注册的优先权
For open play socials:
- All standard open play cancellation and refund policies above apply
- No-shows: A $20 no-show fee will be charged in addition to forfeiting your refund
- Players must check in at the reception iPads upon arrival; back-to-back session attendees must check in for each session individually
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration in advance through your CourtReserve account to release your spot for other players
For private lessons:
- 48+ hours before lesson: Full refund credit to your account balance
- 24-48 hours before lesson: 50% credit to your account balance (may take up to 2 business days to process)
- Less than 24 hours before event: No refunds provided
- No-shows: No refund will be provided, and you may receive a strike on your account
对于打卡用户：
- 课程开始后 48 小时内不予退款
- 缺席将不予退款，并从您的卡中扣除额外费用
附加信息：
- 所有取消必须通过您的 Court Reserve 账户进行处理
- 所有退款金额将记入您的账户余额，而不是退回信用卡
