FAQ

Our team has never played pickleball. Will that work?

Absolutely. Most corporate groups are beginners.
Every event follows a two-part format: the first hour covers introductory coaching, basic rules and guided drills, and the second hour moves into structured open play with rotations so everyone gets plenty of game time.

How many people can you host?

We host groups of 8 to 200+ people, so we can accommodate anything from a small team outing to a company-wide event.

How much does a corporate event cost?

Every event is custom-quoted based on the time of year, time of day, number of players and event length. Share your group size and preferred dates, and we'll send a tailored quote.

What time slots are available? Can we start at a custom time?

Events run in fixed 2-hour blocks starting on even hours (for example, 2:00–4:00 PM or 4:00–6:00 PM). This keeps your event aligned with our court programming and makes sure your courts are ready when you arrive. Bigger events can be extended in 2-hour blocks to 4, 6, or 8-hour events.

What if more people want to join than we planned for?

We can often expand capacity, depending on court availability. For larger groups we can bring in additional coaches. Adding more players per court is also possible, though it means slightly longer waits between games. If you let us know 14 days prior to the event date, we can accomodate the changes.

Where are you located, and is there parking?

We have two locations: Burnaby (Lougheed Mall) and Surrey (Central City Mall). Both offer free parking and are just minutes from a SkyTrain station, making it easy for your team to get there by car or transit.
